From Mankinholes head upto Withens Gate. The route follows the Pennine Way over Stoodley Pike to Cross the Rochedale Canal near Charlestown. It leaves the Pennine Way after crossing Golden Water and heads through Slack and New Bridge, follows above Middle Dean and Crimsworth Dean Beck, then passes Top of Stairs and Leeshaw Reservoir. The route then joins the Millennium Way and follows it past Bronte Bridge, Oldfield, Keighley Moor Reservoir, Laycock, Streeton Moor, Eastburn and Howden Bridge to Addingham High Moor. It then continues on to Addingham where it follows the River Wharfe to Bolton Abbey and then crosses Embasy Moor to Rylstone and Hetton. Leaving on Moor Lane the route crosses Hetton Common Head to Gordale Bridge, Janet’s Foss, Malham and Malham Cove. Turning before reaching Malham Tarn the route crosses moorland to High Linseed Head, onto Hawkswick and then under Gate Cote Scar to Kettlewell.
